You must be 18 or over

Valerdi is for adults. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old. It is rated 18+ in both app stores and is not directed at children.

Your account

You need an account to use Valerdi, and you create one by signing in with Apple or Google. There is no password for you to lose. You are responsible for the security of the Apple or Google account you sign in with. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account, or from this page.

What is free and what is paid

The logger is free, permanently and without limits: recording your training, unlimited history, building and editing a block, the rest timer, the plate calculator, and exporting everything. We will not move any of it behind a paywall later.

The subscription adds the automatic adjustment of your plan, the recovery-based changes, the long-term analysis that explains them, and syncing to a second device. Prices are shown in the app before any purchase. Those features are also free for your first four weeks of training, before you subscribe and without entering any payment details; the subscription itself has no separate free trial and bills from the day you start it.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple or Google, not by us. We never see your card.
• They renew automatically until cancelled, and you cancel in your Apple or Google account settings — not here, because we cannot do it for you.
• Refunds are Apple's and Google's to give. We cannot issue one, and asking them is the faster route. If you have a problem we can actually fix, write to us anyway.
• If a subscription lapses, nothing you have logged is deleted or hidden. The paid features stop; your training stays yours.

What you may not do

• Break the law with it, or use it to harm someone.
• Try to get at other people's data, or attack the service. If you find a security problem, please tell us at devlazarbusiness@gmail.com and we will thank you.
• Resell or redistribute the app, or present it as your own.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will try hard to keep Valerdi working, and it is built so that the important part — recording your training — keeps working with no signal and no server. We do not promise the service will never be unavailable, and we do not promise the plan it calculates will suit you: it is arithmetic over what you told it, not a coach who can see your form.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights your local consumer law gives you, and nothing here takes them away.

Ending it

You can stop using Valerdi and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or break the law. If we ever shut the service down, we will give notice in the app in time for you to export everything.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of Serbia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or of the right to bring proceedings there.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
