The plan that survives a bad week.
Miss a session, sleep badly, take two weeks off. Your training block reshapes itself instead of breaking.
Coming to the App Store and Google Play.
Take a session away. Watch it recompute.
This is the whole product in one interaction. Tap any day to miss it — the week rebuilds from what's actually left, and nothing you already did is touched.
Lighter jump today — you missed Sun.
The session moves to Sat and the load steps back once. Nothing is doubled up to make it even.
Weeks 1 and 2 stay exactly as you did them.
Three steps, and only one of them happens twice a week.

You tell it what you can do
Days a week, the equipment in front of you, roughly what you lift now. Two minutes, once — and you can change any of it later without starting over.

It tells you what to do today
One weight and one rep count, big enough to read from the floor. Logging a set is two taps, and it works with no signal because nothing waits on a server.

When the week falls apart, it recomputes
Miss a session and the block reshapes from where you actually are, and tells you in one sentence why. Changes land from next week — what you already did stays exactly as you did it.

The whole logger is free forever. Unlimited history, and after one sign-in it needs no internet access at all.
We will never move it behind a paywall.
- Logging every set, rep, load and RPE
- Unlimited history, kept as long as you keep the app
- Building and editing a training block
- The rest timer and the lock-screen countdown
- Water, and your body weight with the trend smoothed out of it
- Make it a colour you love
- Exporting all of it as CSV, whenever you like
- Working with no signal, forever — after one sign-in
The part that does the thinking.
Four weeks of it first, with no card and nothing to cancel. Everything in the list above stays free whether you subscribe or never do.
- Point the camera at a nutrition label and the numbers fill themselves in
- Miss Sunday and the block reshapes itself — with one line saying what changed and why
- What you actually spend in a day, worked out from your own weight and eating rather than from a formula with your age in it
- Food and macros against a target that came from you
- Your training on a second phone, and back again if you ever lose one
Your sleep and heart-rate data never leaves your phone.
There is nowhere on our servers it could go.
Recovery data is read on the device, used to shape today's session, and never uploaded. We didn't build a place to put it. No ad networks and no attribution SDKs, ever.
We do count which screens get opened, so the app improves where people actually go. The list of events is fixed and published, there is no way to attach anything to them, and a test fails our build if anyone adds a field that could hold a weight, a rep count or a heart rate. The event for logging a set carries nothing at all — we learn that a set happened, never what it was.
